Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and protective liners are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
